Chili's Grill - Chesterfield County

Terrible customer service. Took long to serve me& my sister . Once we sat down it took the lady a good 10 mins to ask us what did we want to drink told her what we want . Waited 10 mins again she come back with no drinks us was we ready to order like what? They got these type of people working here? Just slow smh.

I ordered a burger and it was delicious! The service was impeccable, and all involved were attentive to my needs.Thank you!

Food was hot and fresh and the service was outstanding!

Poor management. The girl running the bar was obviously overwhelmed and despite her efforts was unable to keep up with a dozen patrons at the bar, assisting with high-tops and making drinks for sit-down diners all by herself. Manager no where in sight to help out. All on a Thursday night. I can’t imagine what a Friday or Saturday night would look like. There’s really no reason to come back when there are so many more options in the area.

Excellent service, food was delicious and the Spice-A-Rita was the best!
