Fiesta Modern Mexican Cuisine

Today was our first visit to Fiesta and we will definitely be returning! After craving authentic Mexican food, we searched all over St. Louis and Pueblo Solice, but couldn't find a convenient option. We then discovered Los Cabos in St. Charles County, which was consistently good, but unfortunately it has since closed. This year, we decided to make the trip to Chesterfield to try Fiesta after reading positive reviews. The food was very authentic, with the chorizo particularly impressing us - it was very well done. We highly recommend Fiesta and can't wait to go back.

This Mexican restaurant is a hidden gem! My wife and I go out for Mexican food at least once a week and this was our first visit to this restaurant. It definitely won't be our last. The service, food, decor, and margaritas were all wonderful!

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and the food is amazing! I especially love their salsa, soup, and carnitas.
