Dunkin' - Chester

This place has had its ups and downs but they have some great staff members here. : My coworkers and I order through the app pretty much every day for our midday coffee pick-up. We have one coworker who gets Diet Coke every order and they always give us a cup with ice without us having to ask. The only downside is when they get overwhelmed with orders (honestly I feel bad because people in this area can be *very* impatient but I personally don’t mind the wait.

Chester Dunkin Donuts the best one I have ever visited. Staff always smiling, helpful and gets my order done very quickly. I visit almost 4 days a week on my way to work. Just to name a few, Mini, Sharva and the rest of the staff are fantastic. I have been going there for years, and will continue. Recommend Chester DD highly!! ~Amy

I am updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars because this Dunkin has significantly improved its customer service. They now provide consistent service with a great attitude. Visiting this location has become a pleasure.

The service during the weekend was outstanding. It was fast, efficient, and very polite.
