The food was amazing! My guests can’t stop talking about everything! The whole team on the truck was so easy to work with. Before, during, and after the event there was always someone available to answer any questions I had. Really made the party a breeze so that was just a blessing in itself.

Working with the grilly cheese team was a pleasure. They were so great from start to finish and made for a stress free party. I was playing around with the idea of having a food truck for my daughter-in-law’s baby shower and a colleague sent me Grilly Cheese's info after using them for her own event. Not only was the process smooth from the get-go, the event itself was the talk of the town thanks to them. The full menu option was perfect for us. Everyone loved the truck, raved about the food while eating absolutely delicious and filling grilled cheeses, and the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend them for anyone's event

This is the THIRD time we have use Grilly Cheese for an event at our home. We initially used them for a pandemic Bar Mitzvah celebration then last year for a friends/neighborhood Halloween party. This year, when we sent our invites, instead of the more common what can I bring the main question was, will there be grilled cheese again Our friends and family love the food and the staff is great to work with. Tony was very responsive and easy to communicate with, very flexible with timing, menu etc. Already looking forward to next year! From the sandwiches, to soup to fries, everything is so delicious.

We hired Grilly Cheese truck and Steven's crew to do a plated meal for our wedding in Oct 2022. First of all, the food was delicious the night of--even better than when we went for the tasting. One of my bridesmaids is vegan, and she said it's thebest wedding food she's ever had. It's also incredibly well-priced. We opted to do a plated meal because of the number ofelderly guests, and I called allllll over price shopping. This is the best deal out there, hands down!
