Top Of The Hill Fish And Chip Shop

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. However, it is quite frustrating that they only accept cash in this day and age. It's not a good look and can leave a negative impression.

Wonderful chippy (and it's our local to boot! The fish is always excellent and there is a good choice of other items from sausage to pies to kebabs. We use the chippy quite regularly and it never disappoints. Just be aware that it is cash only. There is an ATM in the Co-op almost next door.

Disappointed, after a break of a few weeks took the opportunity to try out again, now that prices have gone up. Fish ok, but chips stale and hard, and pathetic portion. Think we'll leave it for a while.

The best fish and chips in Sandbach and possibly the entire North West region. The friendly staff provides fast and efficient service.

Fabulous chippy. Not just the best in Sandbach but the best I know. Staff are super friendly. Portions generous. Chips excellent. Not gritty or soggy like some places who don’t like to change the oil as often. There’s often a queue out the door for a reason.
