Bidrage med feedbackIt was my first time, I went to BM. I didn't know about the menu. A worker explains me about most menu. She did very nice customer service. But about half of foods were out of service.
The food was cold and for what I paid for I got just a bite of food. the help is truly a joke. the chicken is always solid out. don't wast your time going there.
Wife and I have both loved going to BM since childhood. Reality is, it’s a dying franchise and won’t be around much longer. We like to try and help and come as often as possible, but it’s at a new low now. Doors locked in the middle of the day. Told we can only drive through. Can’t even sit down and eat anymore. We’ve eaten here for the last time. It’ll be gone by the end of the year.
Changed the order without notifying me after not having half of the items ordered. When I went in to pick up the food most of the menu was sold out and nothing else cooking at prime dinner time
Very poor customer service atthe Chesapeake location. After being told that they were out of almost EVERYTHING, we ordered the parmesean chicken and Thai chicken. The sauce on the parmesean chicken was not visible, so I asked for more sauce. I was told that I had to pay an additional dollar eventhough the advertised picture looked nothing like what I received. Instead of the manager satisfying a legitimate customer request for a $1.00 sauce, she opted to lose a $29.00 purchase, therefore, i requested for a full refund. Clear example of poor judgment, and poor customer service. Now i know why no one patronizes Boston Market.
