Bhukara - Chennai

Last night, my family and I visited this restaurant at 10:30, and despite the late hour, the staff was very courteous and took great care of us, providing excellent service. The food was delicious, and when we mentioned that it was too salty, they promptly replaced it for us. I was really impressed with their communication and service. Despite having a large menu, we were still able to enjoy a satisfying meal with a limited selection due to the late hour. Everything we tried was tasty and of high quality and quantity. We were able to have a satisfying late-night dinner at Bhukara.

The place has a good ambiente and environment. the food was also delicious.

I went to this restaurant with my friends to try the Mutton Biryani. It took 40 minutes to receive our order. However, the staff seemed more focused on fulfilling orders from delivery apps like Swiggy and Uber Eats. The quality of the food did not meet their usual standards. The mutton pieces were undercooked, the boiled egg seemed old, and the Khuska rice was either soggy or overcooked. The service was disappointing, with unresponsive and unprofessional employees.

In the late 2018 and 2019 it was not well maintained, although only a few dishes were strangely good. This year, 2020, I went in Nov 2020, it seems a management change and some rejuvenation that gives some facelift of aesthetics. I just ordered a ride-bucket Biryani, it was great. Thank you. You could be little better in terms of customer service, especially the guy on the counter.

I went to this restaurant one night. The staff were not very attentive. I ordered fried rice, but it was bland and I had to ask for it to be remade with salt. When they brought it back, it seemed like they just quickly threw in some salt without mixing it well, as there were still salt cubes scattered throughout the dish. The bathrooms were not clean and had a terrible smell.
