La Petite Auberge - Chene-Bourg

Great place, warm welcome, fast and efficient service, very smiling and friendly waitress. As for the cuisine, the daily specials are well served and vary. The menu is also well established, there is something for everyone, the prices are more than fair. The wine list is interesting, I particularly like the Portuguese wine from the Douro A very nice place that I highly recommend.

We ate cheeseburger. Cold bread, barely warm meat. Damage

Service is generic subpar; but the service in this restaurant is seriously abhorrent, even according to genetic standards! it could easily qualify as the worst restaurant service I had in my whole life! we discovered this restaurant by buy club, and the waitress was. very happy with him (or with us) as a result! she was the grim, boring diner type waitress who gave every absolute minimum service; and we were especially less! she was provokatiw absent, I had to ask her for everything at least twice, and be very patient until I finally get it; or rather, until she comes and puts it on the table and then runs away again! even my buy club gutschein asked me three times:! as soon as we arrived, then 15 minutes later after she finally visited us; and then when it was time to pay! I told her that I gave it to her at our arrival and she insisted that we didn't do it. And then she finally found it, and never even apologised for the confusion, just as she didn't apologize for a terrible service from a to zeal! and then she always ripped us away: I came up with my little 4-year-old twins for the All-you-can-eat to order two that is logical. but she let us buy a chicken-nugget court from chf12 we didn't need! we also had claim on All-you-can-eat salat, for two people, but we only have a small one for me! and we had claim on two desserts, but we got no! although eating is really good, I would never come to this place again, even if it were the only restaurant in the country, because of its rudeness and total lack of integrity. Such a level of service would pamper every appetit, not to mention all the things we were entitled and paid for, but never got!

After a long time since my last visit I was glad to see that this restaurant is still great, I must say that they have increased the level. great food, lots of service for great value. keep the good job chef ricardo.
