The White Hart Inn - Chelmsford

We liked the restaurant and the service was good and the staff was helpful. there were not many diners in (montagnacht). when the food arrived, the sweet potato chips were burned on two plates, although the rest of the food seemed very nice. we are a group of friends who meet regularly and we enjoy a chat and catch up. After we paid the bill, we decided to take another drink to the cash, but we were informed that we couldn't, because the cellars were closed and they waited for us to leave. it was only 10 o'clock. I think it was an expensive meal for what we actually got, but I would come back as I had a better experience in the past, and I don't think give a second chance!

We have a very nice family meal mum dad 2 children 16 and 14, the burgers would recommend and taste fantastic. together with the scampi and cake of the day. really delicious!

The ordered garnel and pear salad. was disappointed to find cold salmon mixed by the fish, even very few clots, if any, large amount of wet cancers in salat. resteurant said that they often garnish salat with smoked salmon, that was not smoked salmon. they pamper the court as I don't like laughs.

Lovely pub with quiet surroundings service gorgeous food

Wow! I love this pub, we drive here from Basildon and it’s worth it as the staff and manager are just fab. Beautiful food and great ambience. They made our Xmas day amazing. Thank you x
