Taco Del Mar - Chehalis

It was closed. Permanently.A sign on the door says the last day was May 5th (2024).

When we walked in at 525 The girl was panicking waiting on a truck and made it very clear they were closing at 6 and we had to take out what we order. And she wasn't making any fish tacos the guy working took my order and was very friendly that is why I'm giving him a 5 the plate fell apart so the enchiladas fell i caught some of it with the plastic lid cover so I'll give the food 1 as it's not his fault the plates are garbage he also told us this location is closing permanently

The carnitas were okay. Some of the rice was crunchy. The guacamole was awful. It must have been some sort of guacamole flavored substance. Had I known that I would have left it off entirely. It ruined what might have been an okay meal.

Loved this place since I was a child, so nostalgia might make me a bit biased. Quick, convenient and relatively cheap.

Went to dinner there with a friend tonight. The website said they were open until 9pm. When we arrived at 6:32 we saw a sign stating that they closed at 7pm. That was disappointing as we would have to rush through dinner and not have a chance to visit. The couple in front of us said they wanted their meal for dine in and were told they were only doing to-go because the dining area was closed. I spoke up and said, “I thought you closed at 7pm, I don’t see any signs that say the dining area closes at 6:30.” The worker said “that’s just how we do things”. A family walked in behind us at about 6:35 and were told that we were the last customers and they were no longer serving, so they left without being served. We got our meal and left to go sit in our car and eat. Very disappointing. Maybe lunch is better but I don’t recommend going at dinnertime (6pm or later), you’ll be lucky to get served and should probably plan on eating in your car.
