Macy’s Place Pizzeria - Cheektowaga

Pizza is good, but wraps are a steal, massive portion at a pretty low comparative cost. The one I got was 2 meals and I am not a small eater.

I cant believe I ordered a large chicken waffles pizza and received a small with 2 chicken fingers slices on top..I called the store and they won't pick up

GENESEE LOCATION HAS POOR MANAGEMENT, TERRIBLE SERVICE WORKERS HANG UP ON YOU BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY GAVE YOU BAD FOOD ON PURPOSE LIED ABOUT REMAKING FOOD WOULDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT REFUSED ME NEW FOOD WAITED FOR 2 JRS FOR MY ORDER IT WAS COLD THE WRONG FOOD THAT I DID NOT ORDER TRIED TO CONTACT AN OWNER CANNOT GET HIM ON A PHONE SO YES VERY BAD SERVICE

Just picked up 2 subs and a side, Italian stallion, a table spoon of ricotta and that's being generous, no chili oil, a drop and I mean a drop of Mike's hot honey and 10 pieces of pepper on the whole sub, to top it off it was barely warm I live 5min away, Dapper Don, garlic aioli? Balsamic glaze?? Burrata??? Don't let the pictures fool you it's not what you're going to get. $35 what a joke!

I literally ordered 2 chicken finger dinners, with waffle fries. At 8pm, she said about 30 mins. I know you always gotta wait when you get there, so I gave them 45 minutes or so. Around 850 I pull in, and they say its a few more minutes…… ok… i paid, and went outside for a few. 9:15 i walk back in, there still not done. 9:25 , FINALLY there done, I go to grab the food and she says “its not mine”, points to a guy behind me, the guy says “its not his”, and she looks at me like im crazy. Like i know i paid 35 minutes ago, but its mine. I get home, its burnt!!!!! Im done. It takes 10 mins to deep fry fingers and 5-7 for frys. And they weren't busy at all! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Im serious, those employees do not care about anything.
