Chattanooga Wing Factory

The wings are, of course, incredible. The sauces range from nuclear Redrum to regular old Hot to Blackberry, Forbidden Fruit and Bleu Dreams on the less spicy end of the spectrum. Someone at my table got the dry-rub wings and raved. I ordered the Buckle Up Bowl with chicken and Golden Sun sauce. It was dynamite. One of the co-owners, who doubled as our waiter, provided some wings tossed in the Bleu Dreams sauce for us to sample. We all claimed that one as our favorite, even my husband who is a known loather of all things 'smelly cheese ' and who will not touch bleu cheese dressing normally. The Blackberry was another favorite. Some people might be discouraged by the location but you shouldn 't be. I have been hoping for someplace excellent to eat in my neighborhood and I have found it in Chattanooga Wing Factory and will be returning frequently!

I had a sampler with which was fantastic, every item had its own sauce and unique flavor. I'm all in. This food was above and beyond any wing place I've ever been. I will be back and I recommend it to everyone

Thanks for a great lunch today! The burger, the pineapple rice, and of course being a chaplain, I had to try the 'forbidden fruit ' wings. They were great!
