Arby's - Chattanooga

Like many fast food restaurants, Arby's can be hit or miss when it comes to getting your order correct. However, if you dine in or check your order before leaving, any mistakes can be quickly fixed with no issue. In my experience, the food is always made correctly and meets my expectations. Occasionally, the dining room may not be as clean as I would like, especially right after the lunch rush, but a quick wipe with a napkin usually does the trick. Overall, if you enjoy Arby's, this location is worth visiting.

I picked up an order for my mom that was incorrect. Tabitha was kind and promptly replaced the order without any problems.

The food was served hot and fresh, but there was no sauce or ketchup provided in the takeout bag. The staff was unfriendly and appeared indifferent towards whether or not you placed an order.

We went through the drive through mostly for my husband but I really had to sacrifice because I'm on Weight Watcher's and nothing on their menu is low in in calories/points.

Arby’s i suggest you do some hard looking at this store. went tonight got 2 beef and cheddars i cannot rat the sweet ranch dressing on the sandwich. i always order without. seems simple right. i ordered without drive around and paid. they brought the sandwiches abs i adk to verify no red sugar sauce. assured was not there got home pulled one out and it is covered with sugar sauce. so i tried to call the store and they do not answer the phone. after 10 minutes of ringing i called the store on brainerd. i spoke to Chris very nice who said he would call and tell them to answer the phone. i called spoke to she said a manager and was like well what you want me to do about it. she said i could come back up there.this placegets more wrong than right time to hire a good manager who can help you not hurt
