Bidrage med feedbackUse to call king fook, and has waited for their yum cha. eating is nothing special, service? it was ok, but slow, good slower service is a typical service in Chinese restaurants, can't blame much. But for its huge space and noise backgrounds it would still be the place I'll go again.
Was only here for the yamsjagd and eating has gone steadily down during our occasional visits. before two weeks we came after a devastating of a year for yumcha and found the offers to be limited. the quality was also inconsistent over courts. we also had a booking for 11 o'clock, but it took almost half an hour to put us so that the booking does not mean that they get a place to the expected time. the service is somewhat better than the average yumcha restaurant, ie staff are more friendly and patient.
Hunger and demand are two things that get the best of them. After I was once and had a pretty insatiable experience, I didn't think I would be back. However, demand for yumcha must be satisfied and starving pain must be visited. so I found myself through the golden (name) entrance. that eating was okay if I had to choose the favorite, it would have to be the dumplings/mushroom. everything else was not especially memorable and for the price, quality, maybe just should ask to be ignored. the worst was the service. sigh, why do the waiters work there when they generally hate men? I had a waiter in my face because I read more.
Not my first time here and a pretty good place to entertain Asian guests. eating is constant and always hot/warm at delivery. prices are somewhat steep in comparison to other places, but nothing too drastic.
This place apparently used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in Sydney, not anymore! First came out a main meal, and then we had to wait for rice. Then 10 minutes later we got an entree. Then the rest of our main meals before the second entree. Quality was bad, service was worse and it was more than half empty. Last time we'll ever come here, and my family is Asian!
