Domino's Pizza - Chaska

Terrible service!!! App says entering a room number is necessary at a hotel, yet my order wasn?t delivered. Pizza Tracker said it was. Rude guy on the phone says the delivery drivers don?t enter the building! Then blames me for not answering my phone 15minutes earlier. I guess you can?t order pizza then take a shower! Unbelievable! My family just moved to town, we won?t begiving Dominos any more that?s for sure!!!

Made an order for carryout. When arrived at the store the employee told me they were out of 3 different toppings that were supposed go on our food. She was kinda snippy about it So I was just like- whatever and took the food anyways at full price.With the missing toppings, the food was not satisfying to say the least. Left a bad taste in my mouth... lol

The food was great. Very friendly staff and order was done right on time.

Poor quality control. I ordered a 3 topping pan pizza, well done along with the cheesy marinara dip. The first pizza I got was straight dough. (See first picture) The first cheesy marinara dip I got was just burnt cheese and no Mariana at all. (See secondpicture) I called the store and got my order remade without issue. As I was as the store I checked the pizza and dip. The pizzalooked better though was still doughy in the middle and the dip looked the same. The guy boxing it up assured me there wasmarinara on the bottom. There wasn?t. (See third picture) It wasn?t busy and there were plenty of employees there. How do youguys mess it up twice on top of lieing about the marinara dip? Will be going elsewhere from now on. At least they gave me a free2 liter.
