Buono Mangia - Charlottetown

This small restaurant is a hidden gem with delicious food that we visit once a month. Be sure to make a reservation by calling during the day and following up around 4 pm. The service is generally good, although there may be some delays when the lone waitress gets caught up in lengthy conversations with other patrons.

I recently dined at a beautiful restaurant with incredibly welcoming staff. All ingredients are sourced locally, the house-made pasta is outstanding, and the atmosphere is just delightful. I'm already looking forward to returning and trying more dishes from their menu. I personally enjoyed the funghi tagliolini I ordered - it was fantastic!

Make sure you book a table in advance! This cozy restaurant has only one server, but is outstanding. The service was friendly and attentive. The caprese and house salads were extremely tasty. The Cannelloni and Tagliolini with sausage were both excellent. The wine selection was great, with options by the glass, half litre, and bottle. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely return.

My wife and I have visited Buono Mangia for several years (as they were in their old position! . It has been a while since we were last year (has not chosen much because of the young children pandemic). We have finally returned the other day for our anniversary celebration and are happy to report that it is still so great if not better than ever. The food and service was great as always. We would like to see some more options on the wine list, but there are enough to satisfy most.

We arrived a bit earlier than our reservation we were welcomed everything was ready. Very enjoyable service and lots of information about whatever dishes we were considering from the menu. Extremely knowledgeable staff and attentive service. This is a hidden gem and worth...checking out. Lots of variety and absolutely delicious food. We'll be back!
