I recently had the pleasure of dining at an Ecuadorian restaurant and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The highlight of the evening was definitely the caldo de pata dish. This traditional Ecuadorian soup is made with beef or pork feet and is known for its rich and flavorful broth. As soon as the bowl of caldo de pata was placed in front of me, I was immediately transported back to my grandmother 's kitchen. The aroma alone brought back memories of her delicious home-cooked meals. The taste did not disappoint either. The broth was perfectly seasoned, with a depth of flavors that can only come from slow cooking and using quality ingredients. The meat in the caldo de pata was incredibly tender and flavorful. It practically melted in my mouth with every bite. The dish was also served with a generous portion of rice, which soaked up the savory broth and added a nice texture to each spoonful. The restaurant itself had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the menu. The service was prompt and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Waiter is not colombian, so she didn't know the names of some of the bakery products. Food is very good and restaurant very clean

My husband and I stopped here for something quick on our way home from Pineville. We are so happy we stopped. I had the Arroz con Tierre, and he had a fish salsa dish. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was fun. The entire staff speaks Spanish and English and gave great recommendations for what to eat. The Soursop juice was really good.The food is fresh and was filling, but didn't leave us feeling overfill.We will definitely be back.
