Fujo Bistro Chinese Cuisine and Sushi

It is a decent place to take a bite while waiting for the traffic to clear on their road to home. otherwise it is not worth it. less than half of the restaurant was occupied when we arrived, and the staff was somehow still consistently slow. the great table of the loud diners was given priority, even if it was about controls. instead of checking out the 4 points we had and going away for, they have painfully given (and processed! check for every few of the 10's closest table. also food delivery was slow and the responsiveness was moderate. food quality was nothing spectacular, and the prices reflect probably 70% rent, 20% staff and 10% eating. I will not be in a hurry to return.

As always, eating was excellent. we had a party of 7 and some other big parties all appeared at the same time. all in the restaurant were enthusiastic. even if it took a while, they sure checked us. it looked like they all whipped in and I really appreciate it. I would recommend this place to my friends and come back the next time I'm in charlotte.

This is the first time that my wife and I have gedinted at fujo bistro....and we loved it. we are restaurant snobs, lol, and we did not have 2 hours to wein dine, as we were a concert in the spectrum arena and fujo bistro was perfect. great food! good service. and great prices. we love it and will definitely be back.

The eating was quite good and is good inexpensive, especially for an uptown location (under the hilton.) the first service was a tad slow, as it seemed that there was only one server and it took it forever to come and when he did it, he wanted to order our food order before we even had a chance to drink or feed. but around 5:30 seemed to help more and then it was almost too fast. my teller fried noodles were taken away, even though I had still eaten. the personal was nice enough, but it must slow down and listen so that people don't have to call them to hear them too fast that they ran away. we will come back and give him another shot, but hopefully it is even in a more appropriate tempo.

Waiters are amazing, food was good, and the service was quick.
