Smoke BBQ - Charleston

My husband and I lived in Ft. Worth, Texas for 10 years and tried many BBQ places, but we had never had a reuben sandwich at a BBQ place before. It was incredibly delicious! The smoky pastrami and homemade sauerkraut on marbled rye made it unforgettable. I doubt I will ever find a better sandwich. My husband's ribs were also outstanding - tender, smoky, and falling off the bone. We highly recommend this restaurant!

I recently visited Smoke BBQ on King St., a charming restaurant located on a farm with antiques. I had heard that they had the best BBQ in South Carolina, so I asked for Mike or Roland. They were right - Smoke BBQ truly had the best BBQ I have ever tasted. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, which included a delicious Ruben sandwich with wings. I also had a shot of their own whisky and an iced tea to complement my meal. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided great service. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Smoke BBQ and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and friendly staff.

The food and service at this restaurant were incredible. It was the best BBQ I have ever tasted and the water was so refreshing. If I ever find myself back in Charleston, I will definitely be coming back for more.

Large smoked wings and ribs. Service was very good and the design beer selection, while limited, had some good craft beer. The family and the casual atmosphere.

Loved the local beer, sampler, and I still can't get the Reuben out of my head. Can't wait to go back and get it again.
