Mcdonald's - Charleston

The cook screamed and sweated because the people were here.

I bought 2 fish sandwiches and they were accepted to come with tars sauce and cheese and I didn't get any of it. Then I tried to call the store to talk to someone and nobody answered. I'm not very happy with this place.

I finished my order at the kiosk two minutes before the man was at the counter. Instead of one of the two people who take the man at the counter to change the equipment and begin to finish my fast three articles meal, I had to wait until the two people were finished taking the man's order and finished his 12 articles order before they even thought about me (although I sit there and they look over me several times). It took 9 minutes for my food, which is crazy for a McDonald?s with only 2 customers and no special order items. If your full-time job logistics is frustrating to see people so unconscious.

The part time morning manager is a rockstar she handles the morning rush so well and all while being so nice to customers going above and beyond great customer service!

I'm really not liking the fact that they make me pull forward every time, to get my order. I have a big truck and it really defeats the purpose of a drive through.
