Whataburger - Chandler

This is HANDS DOWN the best Whataburger location I've ever visited. I've never had a nicer experience! Literally EVERY staff member was the nicest person. Our food was ready in a timely manner, and it was delicious. They were advertising a new bananapudding shake, and a manager was visiting each table, giving free samples of it! A different manager also visited every table,asking about our meals and offering to throw away our trash or refill our drinks. I've never met nicer employees at any fastfood restaurant. Give these people a raise!

Great food with great service! I was promptly greeted with a smile and ensured that my order was entered correctly. I ordered the Number 1 Medium Meal (Hamburger Meal with cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickle) for Dine In. I was handed a Numbered TableTent and my cup. The Drink Station was clean and organized with plenty of lids, napkins, straws, salt pepper packets, etc. Themeal was delivered to my table within 3 minutes. I was offered ketchup and sauces. The person who delivered my order was alsofriendly and served my food with a smile. The cheeseburger was very hot, fresh, and tasty! The French Fries were on the coldside which is why I gave this review 4 stars. Other than the cold fries, everything else was great! I still highly recommendthis location to anyone needing a great meal at a great price!

Service was great considering that it was after midnight when we placed our order. Salad n tomatoes has added crispy freshness to our burgers that were delish! Our frits were freshly cooked, served beautifully n hot! This place never disappointed us. No matter what time of day or night we visit.

Daryle Taylor was amazing at checking on all customers in the lobby and making sure everyone was taken care of! My group was very hesitate to try their new banana shake and he offered us a free sample. This was a great selling point because I’ll be driving out of my way to come get one! Great customer service for my out of state friends.

The beverage station was well-maintained, stocked with plenty of lids, napkins, straws, and seasonings. My meal was served to my table in just three minutes, and I was also offered additional ketchup and sauces. The staff member who brought my order was friendly and presented my food with a smile. The cheeseburger was piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! However, I found the french fries to be a bit on the cold side, which is why I am giving this place a four-star rating. Despite the fries, everything else was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying meal at a reasonable price!
