Bidrage med feedbackI LOVE PORT OF SUBS, but the Frye location is VERY difficult. I have been there several times and I get shorthanded each time. Nobody there speaks English and it's like talking to 3 owls that just stare at you when you ask for something. I drive up from Casa Grande just to be frustrated when dealing with these family members! I guess I will have to drive further to the Val Vista location instead..
I had the worst experience at this Port of Subs. I am 24 years old and have worked in the food industry for years. I am not typically an angry person, but I was shocked by the service I received. My sandwich was made sloppily and poorly cut. The toppings were falling off as it was being wrapped in paper, causing the mayo and mustard to get all over the bread. The worker was asked by a colleague to double-wrap it due to how messy it was. He touched the paper with his bare hands, without wearing gloves, which is not sanitary. I rarely complain and still left a tip, but I cannot understand how such poor service could have happened. I hope adjustments are made, as even someone like me, who rarely complains, was upset by this experience.
I typically enjoy eating at Port of Subs due to their good quality and fresh ingredients. However, when I recently picked up a kids sandwich for my daughter, I was disappointed to find that it was only half the size of what I am used to.
The signs are too small and all in capital letters, making them very difficult to read. There were no extra napkins readily available for use.
Employees ran out to close the store early instead of serving. Won't be going back.
