L'escale - Chambord

Stayed at the motel while cycling around Lac St Jean. We ate supper and breakfast at the restaurant, the food and service were great. The motel room was clean and spacious allowing us to bring our bikes right in and unpack them. Enjoyed a great sunset as the back rooms face north west.

Great family restaurant with quick service and good value menu. Can accommodate vegans as well. Make sure you eat here. Service was great and quick.

Very nice place, good prices,rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable and what is good the restaurant is attached to the rooms so if the weather is bad u can go thru the hallway to reach it so thumbs up for that.

My experience is that I passed, it looked empty, but through all comments about really bad cheap fast food. What do people expect for a fat spoon in the wall restaurant cuz it seems that is all you get lil Mom n Pop places every 40 miles. Seems okay, though all these places are either hit or miss it seems I'm in the spot above the road.
