Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chamblee

There app and door say open til 11pm we have come here 4 times at 10:30 pm to get dinner and they have turned us away. The manager in the store told us to go away that they wanted to close early and then he waved us away and locked the door. Terrible customer service and if you state you are open to a certain time honor that time and do not close early just because you are being lazy.

They are sooooo efficient and the food was amazing! i was in a group of 5 and when we walked in, the line was all the way to the door at about 12:30pm. we were serviced and finished eating by 1pm! a great experience!

My first time visiting this location, not a good location for a chipotle at all, parking is a nightmare, the young lady giving the rice literally hardly gave half a spoonful as if it was for a child’s plate, I had to ask for more, the chicken was not cooked thoroughly chips were stale. It was a total waste of money. I’ll continue to just drive further and go to the one on Roswell Rd.

This location is now Cash Only. It has been for over a week. No change. No credit cards. No tap to pay. No gift cards . No online ordering. But the food is still about the same.

(1:15pm) HEADS UP! I had a horrible experience at this location. The food wasn’t fresh, there was garbage all over the floor, and the staff seemed slow and or not motivated. I watch one of the staff make my food with a difficult attitude and literally giving me one small scoop of everything i asked for in my bowl, mind you I ordered a $17 steak bowl. After wasting 3 hours of my time. Doris (The manager with red hair) was very rude and disrespectful after I went back to the restaurant (later) to try to correct my order. She had a very inconsiderate attitude, Almost as if she didn’t care to have her manager role. At the end of this experience I returned the food and requested and reserved a REFUND. I also made a call to corporate. I wouldn’t let my DOG visit this location let alone a human who wants to be treated with respect and a decent meal. Love,
