I've known the place for years, but I didn't know this new dimension. Dishes mainly based on fish, with a small variation of land. A menu suitable for expectations ranging from raw to traditional courses, with an appropriate choice of alternatives. Very beautiful dishes to see and taste, mix of tastes and textures refined and cured. Prices in line with expectations, but above all with the quality that is served. Even desserts are no less.
