Blue Horse Lounge - Ceres

I went there for the Monday night pool tournament. The owner shut the tournament down claiming that not enough players were spending money at the bar. He also tried to film players to show that not everyone had a drink in their hands. I guess he forgot that recovering alcoholics like pool too. And that some people who don’t drink play pool too. BUT most were like myself and ordered food and ate before the tournament, so we aren’t eating during it. I myself at least bought two beers every time I went there. Probably every other time bought a pitcher. And I’m just one person. Im just hoping he’ll see the revenue loss next week, because this dude is on another level. He had a good thing goin and killed it, due to his own ignorance on how the players supported his business. There was nothing better for business on a Monday night other than that tournament. What a shame.

I hear they get quite busy at times, though I've only had a nice, relaxing time. Food looks good though I haven't tried any yet. Bartender is good. People are good.

Great place. Staff is attentive and polite, place is clean, drinks were made perfectly. Didnt try the food, but look really good.

To much Hood rat trash in there.. little punk kids starting fights all the time..
