Manhattan Pizza Urbana - Centreville

Scheduled to open at 10. Arrived at 10:50. Doors locked. Cooks see me knocking/banging on glass and hide from view. Store is ran by kids. Good food but ruined by staff.

Delivery was terrible-Took forever, the food was ice cold, and my dipping sauce was missing. Truly disappointing. If they can't handle delivery they shouldn't offer it.Food: 1/5

The grilled chicken salad was terrible, the restaurant had no drinks left, and the staff was rude and inattentive. I should have just waited until I got to the Warrenton location where I know I can always rely on good quality food.

The actual menu is more expensive than the menu loaded on Google Maps. They were out of my first order but told me after I paid. I tried to order something else and they were out of that too. I went ahead and got a refund. The employee Sol provided excellent customer service and maintained professionalism the entire time. So great employees, but not great as a restaurant. I might give this location another chance.

The pizza is my favorite! That's now the only place we order pizza from. Salads are really good too!
