Domino's Pizza - Centreville

I am giving this restaurant a 4-star rating because the cheesy breadsticks we ordered last night were not cooked all the way through. They tasted like straight dough, so we ended up putting them in the oven at home. While not a big issue, quality is important when it comes to food, especially for someone like me who loves to eat. Despite this, we still love our local Domino's because they are always on time and the food is consistently hot when delivered or picked up. Their customer service has also been great lately. I would definitely recommend this place.

Don, the delivery driver, is exceptional! He always calls to give us an estimated time of arrival, is very prompt, polite, and provides excellent service that goes beyond our expectations.

I had to wait 2 hours for delivery, so I decided to go pick up my order instead. To my surprise, I ended up paying $35. When I got home, the only thing that was prepared correctly were the lava cakes. It seems like this restaurant has really declined in quality.

I ordered my two pizzas this evening from Domino?s in Centreville, Maryland after a very long day. I ordered a large thin crust and a medium pan pizza. The order was ready at 6:30 and I was there around 6:40 to pick it up. I hit the ?I?m here? button andat 6:54 I finally had to call and let them know I was sitting in front of the door like advised by their website. When theyFINALLY brought my order to me I asked them if the pizza was going to be cold. The girl said it was sitting on the warmer. Ilive about 5 mins away and as soon as I got home I looked at the Pan pizza. The pan pizza was soggy and thin (as thin as theiroriginal pizza), and when I tasted the thin crust it was luke warm and soggy. It tasted worse than Chuck E Cheese pizza. I wouldhave been better off buying and cooking my own frozen pizza at this point. However my screaming 2 year olds who is starving andhas had an accident in his car seat wasn?t going to get me in the grocery store so I called the store manager Jennifer. She wasless than helpful, as she heard my screaming 2 year old in the background she only gave me the option of driving back to thestore with my order even after I asked her to deliver, she refused and said she would only replace my order if I came back tothe store. I went here for the convenience of the curbside as any mother with a screaming toddler would appreciate but theywon?t be seeing our business ever again!

Very friendly staff and food is done in a timely manner. Only issue I've had is if you're getting carry out they often will forget an item (dipping sauce or salad etc) but not every time and I usually catch it.
