Biggles Lounge - Central Bedfordshire

I had dinner here with a group of old friends one Saturday evening (we had booked a table). As is usual for Indian restaurants, the menu was very comprehensive covering all of the typical and expected Indian dishes. All of the food provided was first class in every respect and served efficiently by a friendly group of servers. We all thought that it was very much above average for an Indian and would very happily eat here again. Highly recommended.

I don’t write reviews ever, but I just had to for this place!! Our first visit here tonight restaurant is intimate and lovley, all staff are very nice too! The food is out of this world! I had a chicken korma because I’m boring but the flavours where amazing! And the chicken melted in my mouth every bite!! My partner had a dansak and said his was the same! Restaurant was fully booked but food came quickly and was boiling hot!! 10/10 biggles we will definitely come again and bring our friends and family next time!

We decided to treat ourselves to a Biggles Lounge takeaway having never tried the restaurant before. I’d heard good things but was put off before it was expensive. After eating our meal tonight I can confirm it’s not worth the money. My chicken tikka masala was hot and spicy (which I’ve never experienced before at any Indian restaurant) and the taste was very overpowering. My partner tried a dish which was basically like a lamb stew and nothing like an Indian dish. Overall we were really disappointed and won’t be trying Biggles Lounge again.

As a family of four we had a wonderful experience here. The food was superb, as was the service provided by the friendly staff. Highly recommended and look forward to visiting again.

Went to Biggles on a mid week evening with family. Just a table for 3, but we enjoyed poppadoms pickles, draught lager, good selection of main dishes so we tried something different, all very tasty, although could have had a bit more chilli kick. Service was attentive, and we all had a very enjoyable evening. Will be returning.
