Starbucks - Center Valley

My baristasname was helen and she was absolutely impeccable. she took my order with a smile I could never describe. after that she immediately shocked my drink in a frightening! many thanks, hot. I can't wait to see you again.

Literally the best Starbucks around lv . You can tell they actually take their time to make sure your order is correct and put together correctly.

I typically don’t write reviews like ever… however this starbucks has been mobile order only for about a week now (which is already a tad annoying but if they’re understaffed its understandable) so I decided to call this morning to see if they were taking in store cash purchases again. She answered the phone and I asked my question and she hung up on me. I heard the slam of the phone so unfortunately I know it was not just us getting disconnected. There was another instance during the school year (I’m a college student) where I had been waiting about 30 minutes for my coffee and when I asked nicely if I could get my coffee made since I had to leave because I had class she told me I had to wait and they were backed up about 20 mins. I ended up leaving and coming back later in the day to get my coffee that I had already paid for on the app ahead of time so that it would be ready. I come to this store multiple times a week because it is close to both my job and my school and the staff can be super friendly (besides one of the managers who I believe would also be the person who answered the phone this morning) so I’m disappointed with the service from this morning.

Possibly the worst Starbucks out there the first time we came here we went 3 miles of the interstate to find this Starbucks. And turns out they where only taking mobile orders?!? Which is strange but that was not the problem the baristas here are just plain rude and they second time we came here they closed at 3!? Maybe all Starbucks in Pennsylvania close early but this was a awful experience

This is a walk in shop no drive thru very clean and the staff friendly did not wait very long for my order and the barista went over and beyond caring about my needs. Highly recommend
