Dougie's Xpress Diner restau - Celina

Just a great country breakfast--salty and tender country ham, perfect over-medium eggs and hash browns, biscuits and sausage gravy. The perfect fuel for a day hiking in nearby Standing Stone State Park. Service was excellent, the coffee did not stop, and the smiles were all around. Bring your appetite and your good cheer. Both are greatly appreciated--and rewarded--at Doris'.

This restaurant is the best in town, no question about it! I absolutely adore the variety of food they offer, the fast and friendly service, and the staff who are very knowledgeable about the menu and accommodating with special requests.
