The Hide-out Bistro Grill

I was at the bar last night for the same event mentioned in another review. Interestingly, that reviewer neglected to mention that many customers were intentionally causing disturbances and making the bartenders’ lives difficult. They also failed to note that the entertainment personnel were sitting by, smirking, while customers yelled at the bartender for wanting to close for the night and pressured her to stay open. A gentleman, who I assume was part of management, intervened and was met with loud screams and insults from several of these disruptive customers when he reiterated that they were closed. I wanted to share my positive experience with the staff we encountered. The service was prompt (and, to the surprise of the previous reviewer, I'm a woman), the food arrived quickly, and everything was both hot and delicious. I hope we can keep the negative reviews off Google, as they seem more driven by spite than by genuine feedback. Great job, Hide-Out! Keep it up!

I really enjoyed the food; it was affordable and delicious. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
