Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant's credit card machine was not working, causing us to be held up in line behind four other customers at the drive-thru. It would have been more helpful if they had posted a sign at the entrance to alert customers of the issue and prevent cars from getting trapped in the drive-thru.
Eating was mostly great, my nacho frits were soggy and barely filled, but the customer service was very blunt and somehow rude.
We had to wait in the drive to order 18 minutes. there was a car on the window and one on the ordering board. we ordered 3 hard shell tacs and went into the window. we paid and waited 7 minutes to get the order. there were 4 people we saw. do not go back
We waited in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes without any communication through the intercom. Eventually, 4 to 5 people left the restaurant, all of whom appeared to be workers. One person remained inside, seated and talking on the phone. This was at 9 o'clock, with the store closing at 1 o'clock. Arby's was the winner in this situation.
