Absolutely an excellent place to enjoy breakfast...we went back-to-back mornings because we were so very impressed with our breakfast entrees, mimosas, and coffee. Oliver, our server, is one of the very friendliest and most attentive servers we have ever had, and coupled with the ambience, make this venue a !!!!

Pegasus’s laid back atmosphere and delicious food made for a fantastic brunch. I ordered a blueberry mimosa and bacon avocado eggs Benedict. Both were delicious! The blueberry mimosa was so refreshing with a settle sweetness. Hands down the best mimosa I have ever had.

DELICIOUS! I Was Traveling For Work In The Area, So I Asked A Co-Worker Where To Eat For Breakfast He Suggested This Place. GOOD GAWWWWD! Sheridan Was SOOOOO Effin' Chill Legit. She Recommended The Vodka Orange, Which Started My Brunch Off Just Right. The Beau I Started With The Most FLAVORFUL Grecian Pizza Appetizer. I Can't Explain How Good It Was. My Boyfriend Was Skeptical Of Greek Food He DEVOURED It. For Breakfast, I Ended Up Getting The Melty, Cheesy Western Omelette. CRISP, Quality Bacon, Potatoes, Frijoles (Beans) With Cheese. Those The Sides. The Tortilla-Wrapped Two Eggs Omelet Covered In Cheese Smothered With The BEST Green Chili Was Perfection! He Had The Breakfast Burrito . . . Kinda Good, But SUPER Basic. Oh, The Gyro Meat Is DELECTABLE! I Love Greek Food

The breakfast here is consistently amazing. They serve authentic green chili, and the gyro is always delicious alongside all the classic options like pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Pegasus is often underrated as a top spot for breakfast. It's just a short walk from Festival Park on Wilcox.

We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning and had a great experience. The service was quick, and there was no wait when we arrived around 8 AM; however, we noticed some people waiting for tables when we left around 8:45. The cinnamon roll was large enough to share, and we also tried the breakfast brutto, both of which were delicious. We would definitely return!
