Brazil Grill - CASTELFRANCO EMILIA

The restaurant is historical for those who want to eat meat all you can eat. I went there many times with my family in recent years, I brought my friends to try it thanks to an offer on an app. The always varied buffet of Brazilian tradition and side dishes for meat that could already fill you. The spit meats are the real star of the dinner, arrive in quantity and with a quite high frequency. From less precious cuts such as sausage or chicken heart (proven for the first time and I was pleasantly amazed) to picanha all cooked well, perhaps sometimes even a fur too but quality is not discussed. The pineapple grilled with maraschino at the end is like a happy ending of dinner. Very witty and cheerful staff even if sometimes slow in bringing drinking. Thanks to the offer we paid 25€/head drink, it would normally cost 10€ extra per head but it would be worth it every time.

I'll be back here after three years. It was a different world. .We are in 4 and for one of the commensali, it is the first time, we have always known each other, we haven't seen each other for a while and this is one of the pluses of the evening. Of course I booked, I'm used to it, and at 8:30 p.m. we're in the club. As I wrote above the world has changed, but here the strengths are unchanged: pleasant background music, smiles and friendliness of staff and great food. The owners have been the same for years. Fresh meat on the spadoni, after serving in a wide and varied buffet of vegetables, fried pot and other tasty flavors. Pollo lardellato con pancetta, scamone , meat prepared by the manma are only some of the skates served in rotation and without limits After several turns they had to stop us, I did not take the pineapple and the desserts. The only thing changed is that beautiful wine paper lacks Brazilian ones, we have taken a great Italian rosé lambrusco. Full room, congratulations.

Terrible. After the experience in a Brazilian restaurant in Bologna I thought it would be the same.. instead.. Total disappointment.

The meat served were all good: tender meat and cooked properly. Something to say about the loin I found too salty. Deludente l'ananas che in the past in other identical premises I remembered juicy, tasty and dusted with cinnamon: that served was perhaps a bit acerbo and therefore not tasty and not spicy.

We stayed in this restaurant with friends, the menu is the typical Brazilian formula with fixed menu, the buffet is very varied and tasty, the dog is tender, cooked well and arrives always warm, I tried all the Brazilian restaurants of Bologna and also in Rimini and this is definitely on the podium, beautiful music.
