Pizza Hut Express - Casselman

Ordered two pizzas and a garlic bread. Both pizzas were burnt. The vegetables on the Veggie Lover's are bare minimum. Service was not great either. It seemed like I was bothering her by picking up my pizza. It's annoying to see employees who obviously don't care with their Apple Earpods in their ears. Passed 5 garbage cans on my way into the Restauparc, and all of them were overflowing.

We came at 7:10 p.m. and the young blonde girl told us that it was closed, which is why we went to eat elsewhere (many other customers were told the same thing). Afterwards, what I imagine to be his superior comes and takes orders. So we ask him if they were really closed and we are told that they are open until 8 p.m. The superior asks the girl if she actually said they were closed and she begins to lie. Honestly, she lost several sales since we warned the people waiting (because no one was at the front or the employee was at the front, but ignored the customers) that it was closed.

Ordered on medium pepperoni pizza, was like 25 bucks. Barely any pepperoni or sauce on it. It took like 20 minutes and when the order was taken the server disappeared and was almost never at counter. I wanted to buy a drink but couldnt as nobody was there. I eventually gave up. Im not from the area but will skip this location going forward.

We were served by the blonde girl who cared more about answering her texts than serving the customers. The wrong ingredients were put on our uncooked pizza which we didn't see till we got home. We threw it in the oven so we could eat it but it really didn't taste good. $26 down the drain.

I ordered a veggie pizza and they put pepperoni on it (under the cheese). I was very unpleasantly surprised by this and ended up throwing the entire thing out. I will not be returning to this location again.
