Honestly, today was the most pleasing I had at this place. the manager I didn't get his name was super courtesy about the intercom and the window. this was also one of the faster times I received my order. a thing that is always consistent at this point, but is eating. visit was at 18:30 clock at 18/27.

I really had a great experience here. By far the best Popeyes I’ve been too. Food was great and extremely fresh. Also the customer service was spectacular. George and Luis took great care of you. I will be back!

Went to this location again today. As usual, the food and service were great. I didn't want drinks with my combos but the register doesn't allow for a price reduction. I was OK with that but the young man gave me cookies as compensation. I see many reviews complaining of rude employees. I come here 2-3 times a month and have dealt with many employees. I've never experienced any rudeness whatsoever. Quite the opposite.

One star for the experience today April 8, 2022We come here 3-4x a week especially because my little one love two of the employees who works here. But they were not here today, there’s this one employee i think her name is Emily a short Spanish woman with very thick accent who was a total b *. Never have we got charged for the sauces but today that woman gave me a horrible behavior saying they charge for sauces and I should have told her at the cashier. Can she not at least speak nicely instead of exerting so much arrogance? And then, we asked for water cups. First she gave us the cup with the orange stripes while saying she’s suppose to give us the plastic cup, then she asked her coworker for the plastic cup. We got waters but she was yelling accusing us of getting sodas “if you asked for water cups get water not STEAL sodas!” We are not soda drinkers due to health issues. I can pay for as much sodas if I want to! Steal a cup of soda? Is she for real? Plus, we got No utensils to top it all off! Never had this issue for 4 yrs we go here. We love the employees here except for this one.I called to talked to a manager but unfortunately the line was very bad and the call dropped. Didn’t bother calling back but rather put a review here. Attached is the “soda” she was so upset about.
