After visiting the cottage, we found this dairy 10 minutes from the building. courtesy, kindness and availability accompany the delicious buffalo mozzarella (rich with milk, soft and fresh) and the typical dishes prepared by them and to be consumed also on the spot. olives and capers, octopus and potatoes (delicious! melts in the mouth) sweet and salty tarals and other delights are really to try!

In my own graduation, this mozzarella goes first on equal merit with another milk. very delicate despite the decided goto of a mozzarella “casertana”. I also liked buffalo ricotta!

I had already tried the one in the caianello dairy... so for me it is not a discovery.. remains the best mozzarella
