Chipotle Mexican Grill - Casa Grande

My husband and I love Chipotle. The food is delicious and filling, the staff has always been friendly, and the service is quick and quality. I only mark down one star because I wish this location would offer curbside pickup since they do not have a drive thru. It would make it possible for me to frequent more often because I often have sleeping kids in the car that I don't want to wake up to go get food. So I often end up going elsewhere. If they brought this service, I would gladly eat more at this location. I do appreciate that they offer a variety of options to make healthier eating choices.

The ones serving was incredibly rude rolling eyes giving attitude. The amount in the bowl is not worth 20 dollars. Ice machine broke and get upset if you want a fountain drink. Will not go here again. I can go to a sit down restaurant for the price and have better people serving.

No queso for the customers who go into the store to order their food. Just queso for online orders. The manager told me that I couldn?t have queso because the customers who ordered their food online would be mad.

The regular chicken was dry and tough. Definitely overcooked and not fresh. The pastor chicken was good. Portions were fairly small, even after paying over $5 extra for a portion. Disappointing, considering that Im stuck in a hotel with no vehicle after being in a traffic accident 1000 miles from home, and have no way to go get stuff on my own. Even without that, you already pay considerable more on DoorDash than in person in the store.

The food proportions become smaller, as the price is higher, you get half a small rice asking for more and they see them and give them another half draw, they don't let me start on the meat. 99 percent likely I won't be back soon.
