Moe's Southwest Grill - Cary

This place needs new management and leadership. It never fails that I go here and feel like I'm harassing the employees when I go upstairs to be served. When I came in tonight, all the employees were believed in the back. No one bothered me to say there was absolutely no salsa for the chips except Tomatillo! I asked the woman behind the counter if they had more salsa behind the counter. She told me no and went away. I won't come here anymore and I'd advise other people to do the same. It's not worth the hate or the money.

We ordered dinner today and as soon as we came home, we found that the chicken was burned in all three items we got. They also didn't have much salsa on the Salsa counter. My daughter loves Moe?s food and we were so disappointed this time. What disturbed us that they know that the chicken was burned and still in our food that shows that they do not care about their customers

Nice staff. Clean bathrooms and tables. Very good experience and typical expected quality of a Moe's. Most people will enjoy eating here, only thing that is missing is the welcome to Moe's haha

Food quality has gone down significantly, chicken from burrito bowl tastes like canned chicken that was burnt. My wife's bowl was exactly the same. Chips were over done and there was no salsa. Will not return for now.
