Lucky Chicken - Cary

I found this place by accident when looking for a Tesla Supercharger and boy am I glad. Friendly staff, food was delicious. I will definitely be returning.

Unprofessional women waitresses. ON CELL PHONE WHILE ATTENDING CUSTOMERS. LOMG WAIT FOR FOOD. WAITRESSES NEVER CAME TO CHECK AT MY TABLE. GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT A REFILL TO GO. FOOD WAS FULL OF SOYSAUCE. I WOULD HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE IF SHE WASNT THERE.

As soon as I walked in the owner/ waiter women was on the phone the WHOLE TIME. I sat down and waited a long time before I can order, she came holding her cell phone on her ear. I waited longer than normal for my food. When the food was finally ready, the bell rang and see was just talking on the phone and got up 4 minutes after. She placed the food at the table with no consideration, at the edge of the table with her back turned to speak into her phone. I was no not able to ask for a request because she talking and I'm not going to yell across the room. At the end I ask for a to go for food and drink. She gave me the bill without the drink. I ask her where is the drink, she kept saying there is a fee for that. It's extra for that, no free refill for that. Just very unprofessional and not a nice experience. The food was full soy sauce, almost unedible. I was pregnant and hungry so I just tolerated it due to my changed taste buds. When I brought home the left overs, my partner said this food is no good.

If I can give NO STARS I would, waitresses on personal cell phone call the entire time. She brought my food in late, she was unavailable to properly assist me..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACING FOOD ON TABLE. MY DRINK BECOME SO WATERY WAITING ON THE FOOD. NEVER CAME TO MY TABLE TO CHECK ON ME. FLIES WAS ON THE DOOR AND AROUND THE TABLE. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALLLLLLLL.
