Roast - Carthage

This is the restaurant I go to most in Southern Pines! The food is seriously delicious. Nothing better than a meal with friends on their patio!

Thus has become our go-to when we want fast but great healthy food.

Hands down the best Sandwich I've had in years. Banh Mi is a rare find as it is aside from authentic Vietnamese places, and their spin on it takes it to a whole new level.

I was hesitant to eat here after looking at the menu because nothing jumped out at me as something I would like. In the end I opted for the roast beef sandwich and a side of sweet potato tots both were excellent! The roast beef is my new favorite sandwich. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The people working take pride in their job and it is reflected in the experience. Will definitely return.

I love the protein power bowl at Roast! It's delicious and the addition of the vegan chicken with sweet and sour sauce makes it even better. Great lunch spot!
