Linda Vista - Cartago

We just love this restaurant. It has a history with so many bills and business cards from people who have visited this restaurant. When I go to Irazu, we'll make a stop and enjoy the coffee and the view. Food is above average. We like the cheese and mushroom soup.

Great place to stop on the way to or from Irazu. From the first steps you can feel (and see) amazing atmosphere. All these cards, papers, tickets, money etc give you an idea of how many people came through here. Eating is okay. Nothing nice. Local and good. Make sure you go outside to see the view.

This restaurant is really historical in Costa Rica near the Turialba volcano. There are documents, business cards, copies of passports, identification copies, pictures, notes, quotes that date back almost 500 years ago. It's one of the coolest restaurants I've ever been, and I think if you visit Costa Rica you should go here. The food is amazing, typical Costa Rican food, but the quality is fantastic. I'm so glad I had the chance to see it.
