Nico's Cocina - Carrollton

My family and I have been going to Nico's for years now cos the service is great, all the people working there are super nice and seem to really care if you have a good experience. The food is phenomenal as well as reasonably priced AND THEY GIVE YOUWARM CHIPS WITH GOOD SALSA! But yeah, this place is great.

Great service , we were welcomed in immediately. Sat down quickly we went on a Friday afternoon. Margarita was great wasn?t icy definitely good flavor. Food came out hot every single time . The meat is VERY flavorful.

The food portions are generous and delicious! The play area is enjoyable for kids. The margaritas are both large and strong. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaints are: 1) there is no changing table for babies, which is quite uncommon these days. We had to change our kids in the trunk of the car; I suggest they install a changing table; 2) the women's restroom was without soap, so I recommend regular checks of the bathroom every few hours. Overall, this is an excellent place. The exterior doesn't quite give you a hint of how wonderful the inside is! It's truly great!

I absolutely loved it! The chili relleno was one of the best I've ever tasted. The margarita was delightful, and the chips were thick and fresh. I'm so glad we discovered this place!

This is by far the best Mexican food I have ever had! The customer service was outstanding, and the interior of the restaurant is lovely. I stopped by for lunch while working in the area, and the staff was quick and friendly, with smiles that were infectious. I enjoyed the brisket tacos so much that I ordered a second batch to take home! You absolutely have to try them. I can’t wait to visit again when I'm in town—if only they were closer to home. Great job, everyone!
