Worst dominos ever..don't ever visit this outlet..cheeze was hard like plastic and barely any toppings..all these franshisees cut corners by all means and use substandard ingredients..dominos should shut down such shops and revoke their franchisee license

Contacted Carnes Hill prior to making an order and explained I have a child who is highly allergic to eggs and wanted to check that there’s no eggs in the pizza base or cross contamination of toppings used. I was placed on hold several times and the call was passed onto a few people as it seems the staff were unsure of my question . I was told by one staff member best to order a gluten free pizza ?? Another person told me “ not sure because all the pizza bases have yeast “ I repeated the seriousness and no one could give me the answer i needed. NOT good Domino’s !! Lives are at risk, please do some research !

Provided incorrect order and then made no provisions or effort to correct it. Told by the young Indian girl on the phone to go somewhere else and never come back this because I suggested a credit. Thankfully, I recorded the experience... will work nicely on YouTube. First and last visit at Domino 's.

34 mins late delivery, when called (3 times) was met with rude assistant who lied and then the store manager was arrogant and dismissive terrible!
