Bad service it took 15 mins to make 3 drinks there was two people but only one made them the guy that made the drinks was nice but it's pretty bad the drinks was nasty

Terrible store manager named danielle she literally will put 7 day old expired milk in her milk machines knowing that is unacceptable, she has a thing for hiring men because she doesn't like female workers unless they are underage, she loves to talk about her staff and her higher ups also she had a employee who took pictures of customers cards and did nothing about it BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION EXTREMELY DIRTY AND UNSANITARY AND HAS BLOCK MOLD BEHIND THE THE STOVES AND IN THE DRAINS

If the 2 young men working yesterday could have put down the cell phones it would have been nice.

I really hate doing this but I have to address it in hope that the manager reads the reviews. We stopped by today and went through the drive thru and I have to mention that a young lady working there had nails that even looked anti sanitary. And she couldn't get the basic order right (two coffee and two doughnuts) she moved so slow that we in the car almost fell asleep. Took almost 20 min to get it. Come on , this is Carmel service should be on the level.
