Kfc - Carlsbad

Took them over 30 minutes to get my order while others that came in after me got theirs first. Not to mention none of them were wearing gloves. Recommend stay away

Not attentive to takeout order being filled with all items/some being missing but paid for. While eating in the parkinglot due to pet policies we noted a car going round and round the drive thru revving up their motor playing with drive thru host....food was good, what we got but not accurate to the menu discription. The bowls are supposed to have the popcorn chicken. Not the tenders just cut up. This causes the breading of the chicken to come off and personally I hate that. This is the only thing I like at kfc so I am very disappointed. Do better.

Service was wonderfully fast. with polite and friendly workers as always. would been 5 stars, but my extra crispy recipe was more like sum type of new Xtra soggy flour coated crumbs.. the chicken was juicy just not crunchy. the cookie was on point tho, it never disappoints.

The most pathetic excuse for a KFC I 've ever experienced. I love KFC but the food here is rarely fresh. And the management is incompetent. Multiple times I have went there and the food was out of stock. If your not going to stock chicken, then shut down, lock the doors and go home. I don 't want to hear I 'm sorry we are out of that until Friday , and damn sure don 't want to hear that when its only Monday. Unacceptable. I wont be wasting my time going to this KFC again. No
