Staff very helpful pleasant , food was second to none, reasonable priced and a great choice on the menu highly recommend hère

We were here for dinner and were not disappointed, everything was great, so we came back today, otherwise we don't.

Fast good service, average food. The fish was actually very good. Cheesecake was bad, too whipped creamy feeling. Chicken tenders okay. Restaurant side is quite and normal setting.

It was by pure coincidence i arrived in Carlow as a tourist the moment i landed in Ireland but it’s no coincidence i came to Teach Dolmain for my first meal in Ireland. absolutely stunner of a plate of food. pan fried fresh haddock with amazing micro greens and what i thought was a laughable size of mash potatoes; turned out to be an absolute winner with gravy. best pub food i’ve had in my life (and i’ve had plenty) and i am now worried the rest of Ireland can’t match up. not to mention faultless service from the staff as well who accommodated my requests with a smile.

Brilliant Gastro Pub. Business travel. Lone diner mid week. Had Fab pan fried Dover Sole in Butter. Piping hot with brilliant crunchy veg and mash. Compliments to the chef. Brilliant quality and Value for just 16.70. Lovely venue with brilliant outdoor dining area also. Great staff. Highly recommended
