Wendy's - Carlitos

We always order hamburgers there, but there have been several times that we have ordered them without cheese and they put cheese on it, the fries look like they were a day old...plus they take a long time to arrive at the home.It is my opinion and experience that we have gone through.

Everything was fresh and good. The app was having issues with a coupon code but they made it right like pros. ?

Food is usually pretty good here, however, if you order any of their salads, chilis, or potatoes that comes with side condiments; you can best bet you won't get them. Management doesn't seem to see a problem with this repeatedly happening so be aware and double check your order.

I literally called 15 minutes ago, if I go in and request a decaf coffee can they make it and they said yes over the phone. When I got there they said they “were out” of decaf coffee. Okay…

If one day they can get an order correct, it will suprise me.
