Flamecoal Chicken - Caringbah

The roast chicken a little dry, thigh piece was nice and tender. Chips and chicken salt were fantastic. Sweet potato salad had slight taste of dill (which I personally don't like). Serve and ambiance great. I'd go back there and try a burger. Chicken tenders was crispy, tender but could use more flavor.

This restaurant in the shire serves the best barbecue chicken around. They offer a variety of salads, hot vegetables, and, of course, chips. They have a great selection of drinks to choose from to quench your thirst. You can also enjoy your meal outdoors in their seating area. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating. I highly recommend Colino1861.

We came across this restaurant by accident after taking a wrong turn and decided to stop for lunch. The fresh-cut fries are absolutely delicious, perfectly crispy on the outside and seasoned with a generous amount of chicken salt. The chicken was tender and paired well with the garlic sauce. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem!

Had the Hawaiian burger very nice and fresh. Its a big meal with the combo very generous with great chips I can't finish them all, the pirri sauce is the best!
